Monthly statements are mailed out to patients the first week of every month. Co-payments are NOT due at the time of your appointment and will be adjusted into your bill.
Some insurance plans require prior authorization before treatment can be provided. Please be aware if your insurance plan requires prior authorization. This may delay the time between referral and a patient being seen.
