Prior to attending PT school, Ashley worked for the Harvey County Special Education Cooperative as a special education para at Walton for 1.5 years, and as an occupational therapist para for the county for 1.5 years, where she met Jodi and decided to pursue a career as a PT. She also worked at Mojo’s Coffee Bar for a total of 5 years.

She received her DPT from the University of Lynchburg in Virginia with an emphasis in pediatric care. She was heavily involved in working with special needs students through a program called “Laurel School”, which assisted with teaching students social and work skills. She was also a part of her program’s pro-bono clinic, a student success liaison for her class, and president of the AAOMPT Student Local club.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends, drinking coffee, learning new things, watching sports, being outside, and being active.
